James started working in commercial concrete construction in the late 90's and has worked throughout Texas.  He has had the privilege to manage projects from The University of North Texas Stadium to Texas Children’s NRI in The Medical Center. He has worked with developers and contractors to take projects from a conversation to a reality. James has seen what works in some places, does not always work in others. He has worked with cities and towns and understands the process, the infrastructure, and where improvements can be made. His top priorities will always be what we leave for the next generation and to ensure citizens’ needs come first.​

Growing up James could always be found tinkering on a project with his dad.   Together they built his first truck in the early 90's.  Working on classic vehicles was a hobby he built with his father and now continues with his sons.  He now has the privilege of passing his passion for construction and cars on to his children.  His oldest son is a construction project manager for a firm in the Woodlands and his middle son is working with him at his firm in Austin.
